Lemongrass, grapefruit and nectarine appear with chalk dust and fresh ginger. Medium-bodied, the wine has a creamy texture and long mineral finish. Tangy tangerine, orange blossom and sweet cinnamon add further detail. The Chardonnay was fermented with native yeast and shows brightness, balance, precision and freshness. It comes from California’s Sonoma Coast, combining citrus, floral, spice and mineral elements.
