The palate is silky and graceful, combining pure fruit with a fine thread of rice sweetness and a clear, savoury umami core. Subtle herbal notes add definition without interrupting the smooth texture. The finish is long, polished and quietly persistent. Serve slightly chilled with sashimi, crab, scallops, grilled white fish or delicate vegetable dishes.
