Baked black cherry, dark plum and fig lead a powerful, mature bouquet. Wild berry compote, dried herbs and leather add savoury breadth, while mocha, dark chocolate and warm spice bring richness. The palate is full and structured, its concentrated fruit carried by firm tannins and balancing acidity. Long and warming, it closes with bitter cherry, cocoa, pine and a measured herbal edge.

About Masi
Masi traces its wine history to 1772, when the Boscaini family recorded its first harvest at Vaio dei Masi in Valpolicella Classica. The house has built its work around native Venetian grapes and appassimento, drying selected fruit before fermentation to concentrate it naturally. Campofiorin applies a related double-fermentation method, while Levarìe, Bonacosta, Angelorum, Mazzano and Costasera span Soave, Valpolicella, Recioto and Amarone. A dedicated technical group links those regional traditions with ongoing vineyard and cellar research.
