Bruised apple and ripe stone fruit are joined by coconut, pineapple and passionfruit, followed by honey, butterscotch and brioche. The palate is broad and creamy, with intense stony minerality bringing definition to the mature richness. A savoury corn-husk note adds another layer. Serve slightly cool in a wide glass with lobster, roast chicken, turbot or a rich mushroom dish.

About Remoissenet Père et Fils
Remoissenet Père et Fils was established in Beaune in 1877 and works as both a domaine and a négociant. A change of ownership in 2005 began a new chapter, followed by additional estate vineyard acquisitions and renewed work with Burgundy growers. Fruit is rigorously sorted, while red and white wines ferment with native yeasts and are raised in French oak according to appellation and vintage. The range travels widely through the Côte d’Or, from regional and village wines to premiers crus and grands crus, and the house’s deep Beaune cellars also preserve an exceptional record of mature Burgundy releases.
