Delicate cedar and cooking spice open over dark fruit. The palate is tight and savoury, bringing sour cherry, toasted hazelnut and liquorice into focus. Assertive tannins give the wine a firm, astringent edge, while the fruit and spice remain clear through a structured, dry finish.

About Negretti
The Negretti family’s connection to vines and wine reaches into the early twentieth century, but brothers Ezio and Massimo founded the present estate in 2002. Ezio looks after the vineyards and winemaking, while Massimo runs the commercial side. Based in La Morra, the estate also has vineyards in Roddi, with Nebbiolo central to its range. The brothers shape their vineyard work and winemaking around the soils and exposure of individual sites.
