Scorched fudge and coffee add roasted intensity, while a dark-fruit undertone gives the profile breadth beyond its bitter chocolate core. The palate is substantial and warming in style, with enough roasted grip to keep the richness in check. Serve slightly cool with blue cheese, braised beef, chocolate tart or smoked meats.
