A five-hop pale ale with a hazy pour and a bright, fruit-forward profile. Tropical and berry notes lead, followed by lemon rind and a crisp, balanced palate. The finish is dry, citrusy and distinctly hoppy, giving the beer enough definition to remain refreshing rather than soft or sweet. Serve cool with fried chicken, fish tacos, grilled vegetables, mild blue cheese or citrus-dressed salads.
