White flowers, fresh herbs and crushed stone frame lemon rind and ripe white fruit. Silky in texture but held by bright acidity, the palate combines measured richness with a cool mineral line. The finish is clean, persistent and quietly savoury. Serve with sole, scallops, roast chicken or vegetables in a light cream sauce.
