Jean-Claude Ramonet 2022 Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge

$224.99

Vibrant red cherry and wild strawberry lead, with subtle earth and sweet spice adding quiet depth. The palate is pure and focused, shaped by silky tannins and a fine mineral line rather than weight. Freshness carries the fruit into a polished, lingering finish. Serve with roast duck, mushroom dishes or herb-roasted poultry.

About Jean-Claude Ramonet
Pierre Ramonet began making wine in Chassagne-Montrachet in the late 1920s, buying grapes while gradually acquiring vineyard parcels. His purchase of Les Ruchottes in 1934 was followed by further Premier and Grand Cru holdings. The domaine’s Burgundy wines include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté, with both red and white Chassagne-Montrachet among them. A parcel bought in Bouzeron in 2011 added another Aligoté wine to the range.
