Gamay comes from vines planted in nineteen fifty-three on limestone soils. Whole bunches undergo semi-carbonic maceration in wooden vats. The wine is bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphur. Lifted tart berry and floral tones meet a soft texture. The parcel lies in Mâcon-Cruzille in Burgundy’s Mâconnais, and the finished wine carries 14.5 percent alcohol.
