The palate is balanced and poised, with bright citrus and orchard fruit carried by fresh acidity. A creamy middle softens the edges without obscuring the wine’s precision. Long and clean, it finishes with lemon curd, nuts and chalk.

About Domaine Bachelet-Monnot
Brothers Marc and Alexandre Bachelet founded Domaine Bachelet-Monnot in 2005 after completing wine studies and gaining experience beyond the family vineyards. The domaine is based in Dezize-lès-Maranges, south of Chassagne-Montrachet, and works parcels across the southern Côte de Beaune. Its holdings include Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in Maranges, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and related Burgundy appellations.
French company records identify both brothers as current managers, independently confirming the producer’s legal identity and active status. Vineyard area and individual cellar details can change, so the importer record is treated as a dated snapshot rather than a permanent production specification. Bachelet-Monnot remains a brother-led Burgundy domaine whose holdings stretch from Maranges through Chassagne-Montrachet to Puligny-Montrachet.
