Distilled cider is blended with fresh apple juice, then matured in oak whisky and rum casks. The style is full-bodied and apple-forward, with rich caramel undertones moving through the palate. Its profile combines the weight of a port-like drink with clear orchard-fruit character. At eighteen percent alcohol, it brings apple, caramel, distilled cider and oak maturation together in one broad, full-bodied expression.

About Twisted Hills Craft Cider
Twisted Hills Craft Cider was established in Cawston in 2012 by Jo Schneider and Kaylan Madeira, both from farming families in the region. Their groundwork began earlier: in 2008 they planted French and English cider-apple varieties selected for their tannin and acidity.
The cidery grows its own fruit and handles pressing and labelling on the estate. The range spans apple, pear, cherry and hop-accented ciders, with certified-organic options.
