Kentucky Owl The Wiseman Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750 mL
$89.99
Caramel, allspice and bright citrus open the nose, with vanilla and toasted oak adding warmth. The palate is smooth and balanced, carrying brown sugar and baking spice over a measured grain sweetness. A blend of four Kentucky straight bourbons brings both wheated softness and a firmer rye-led edge, keeping the texture generous without becoming heavy. The finish returns to caramel and oak with lingering spice. Serve neat, over a large cube or in a classic bourbon cocktail.

About Kentucky Owl
Kentucky Owl traces its name to pharmacist Charles Mortimer Dedman, who established the bourbon label in 1879 along the Kentucky River. Production ended in 1916 after federal agents seized the Dedman family’s whiskey; the stored barrels later disappeared when the Frankfort warehouse burned during Prohibition. Generations later, great-great-grandson Dixon Dedman revived the family name by selecting and blending Kentucky barrels.
Blending is at the heart of Kentucky Owl's work, with mature Kentucky bourbons brought together for releases that range from barrel-proof batches to lower-strength bottlings.
