The palate is creamy yet brisk, balancing broad texture with clean acidity and a dry, lingering finish. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or alongside oysters, smoked salmon, roast poultry or soft-ripened cheese.

About Lanson
Lanson was founded in Reims in 1760. Its Maltese Cross emblem was adopted in 1798 and still marks the house today. The house made rosé Champagne as early as 1833, and its signature black-labelled cuvée followed in 1937.
Lanson traditionally favours wines that have not undergone malolactic fermentation, aiming to preserve their freshness. Reserve wines and extended cellar ageing are central to its blends.
