B Cellars 2014 Ehrlich Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Blackberry and dark chocolate lead a full-bodied, brambly Cabernet, with smoke, clove and cinnamon adding savoury warmth. The fruit is generous but not loose, framed by oak and enough structure to keep the palate composed. Further layers emerge with air, bringing greater depth to the dark berry and spice profile. The finish is firm, polished and persistent. Decant before serving with grilled ribeye, braised short ribs or aged hard cheese.

About B Cellars
B Cellars grew from a chance meeting between Jim Borsack and Duffy Keys in 2002, when both were looking beyond established careers in luxury retail and hospitality. They launched their Napa winery in 2003 with a focus on blends designed to accompany food; Kirk Venge made the first vintage.
Their winery on Oakville Cross Road also welcomes visitors. Blends remain central to the range, alongside single-vineyard wines sourced from across Napa Valley.
