Kōloa Kauaʻi Coffee Rum 700 mL

Fresh espresso and dark chocolate lead the nose, joined by molasses and a subtle tropical lift. The palate is smooth and concentrated, with roasted coffee, white cane sugar and dry vanilla balanced by lilikoi, hazelnut and ripe stone fruit. A collaboration with Kauaʻi Coffee Company gives the spirit an authentic Arabica and Robusta coffee character rather than simple sweetness. The finish is long and gently dry, carrying cocoa, coffee and dark fruit. Serve over ice, alongside dessert or in an espresso cocktail.

About Kōloa Rum Company
Kōloa Rum Company takes its name from the Kauaʻi town where commercial sugar production began in 1835. The distillery released its first batch of rum in September 2009. Cane sugar and rainwater from Mount Waiʻaleʻale are used in production. The rum is twice distilled in a copper pot still in small batches.
