The palate is light on its feet yet textured, carrying bright acidity and supple fruit through a dry, mineral-tinged frame. Neutral oak keeps the finish clean and restrained, giving this organically farmed Okanagan red an easy affinity with charcuterie, roast poultry or mushroom dishes.
