Berry, citrus and stone fruit lead, followed by a firm piney bite on the finish. Pilsner malt and corn keep the body pale and direct, while Mosaic, Citra, Centennial and Amarillo hops build the aromatic profile. Fermentation with both lager and ale yeast places it neatly between a hoppy lager and a light IPA. Serve well chilled with burgers, tacos, fried chicken or aged cheddar.
