Suntory Hibiki Japanese Harmony Blended Whisky

Rose and lychee lead a delicate nose, with rosemary, mature wood and sandalwood adding quiet depth. The palate is smooth and measured, bringing honeyed sweetness together with candied orange peel and white chocolate. Malt and grain whiskies from Suntory’s principal distilleries give the blend a layered texture, while Japanese oak contributes a restrained incense-like note. The finish is subtle, tender and gently sweet, with citrus and polished wood lingering. Serve neat, over a large cube, or in a carefully made highball.

About Suntory
Shinjiro Torii founded Torii Shoten in Osaka in 1899, setting out to adapt Western-style drinks to Japanese tastes. In 1923 he began building Yamazaki, Japan’s first malt whisky distillery. Suntory’s whisky range includes Hibiki and Toki.
Roku Gin uses Japanese botanicals gathered across the seasons, while Haku Vodka is made from Japanese white rice and filtered through bamboo charcoal.
