Toasted orange and ripe peach lead the nose, supported by oak, warm caramel and vanilla. The palate is intense yet balanced, bringing together honey, toffee, nougat and molasses with firm spice and a clear corn sweetness. Triple distillation and long maturation in American oak give the spirit concentration without losing its rounded texture. The finish is warm and persistent, with caramel, citrus peel and spice carrying on. Serve neat in a small pour and add water gradually.
