The fruit brings a rounded richness without overwhelming the spirit, while house-made chocolate bitters add structure and a savoury edge. Smooth and concentrated through the finish, it is designed for a small pour over ice. Serve with roasted nuts, dark chocolate, charcuterie or firm aged cheese.
