The palate is medium to full-bodied, with ripe cherry and peach gaining depth from almond, pastry cream and a light liquorice note. Citrus keeps the generous texture fresh and defined. It finishes long and elegant, carrying cherry stone, orange and peach through a polished, gently savoury close.
