A fresh, aromatic Verdejo with citrus peel, green apple and white peach, joined by fennel, wild herbs and subtle floral notes. The palate is bright and clean, with crisp acidity, light texture and a gentle mineral edge. Juicy but dry on the finish, it balances Mediterranean ripeness with the variety’s characteristic herbal freshness.

About Vinya Alforí
Vinya Alforí makes wine at Finca El Peller in Fontanars dels Alforins, where underground cellars and clay vessels recall more than 250 years of winemaking. Vicente Francés Mora bought the property in 1988, and generations of the Pastor family have helped manage the land. The winery’s revival began in 2015, alongside a move towards organic farming and bottling wines from the estate.
The 45-hectare holding lies among pines and holm oaks in the Valle dels Alforins. Vineyard work focuses on soil regeneration and biodiversity, with Mediterranean and international grape varieties planted across parcels of different ages and exposures.
