Ruby red with purple highlights, opening on fine, grapey aromas and fresh raspberry. The palate is harmonious and medium-bodied, with lively fruit, gentle tannins and enough savoury structure to keep the texture composed. Clean, supple and direct, it closes with a bright red-fruited finish and an easy sense of balance.

About Tenuta di Angoris
Tenuta di Angoris makes Villa Locatelli, a Friuli Isonzo range named for the eighteenth-century residence at the centre of its estate near Cormòns. The vineyards lie on clay and red-gravel soils shaped by the Isonzo River, with relatively little limestone.
The range includes Friulano, Pinot Grigio and Ribolla Gialla, as well as Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Refosco. Winemaking for these wines uses stainless steel.
