Plum and currant lead, with leather and a lightly toasted graham-cracker note adding savoury depth. The palate is dense and concentrated, framed by strong layers of tannin yet held in an elegant, restrained shape. Bold without feeling excessive, it carries graceful complexity and length. Decant and serve with grilled steak, braised short ribs, roast lamb or aged cheddar.

About Arrowood
Arrowood has made wine in Glen Ellen in Sonoma Valley since 1986. Cabernet Sauvignon is its focus, with fruit sourced from mountain slopes, hillsides and benchlands across Knights Valley, Alexander Valley and Sonoma Valley. The estate vineyard grows a mix of Rhône and Bordeaux varieties, including Syrah, Merlot, Grenache and Viognier.
