A textured Mediterranean white with pear, white peach and citrus, accented by wild herbs and a hint of almond. The palate is silky but lively, with fresh acidity and a mineral line carrying the orchard fruit into a long, savoury finish. Versatile at the table, it is particularly well suited to seafood, grilled fish, vegetables or simply prepared poultry.
