Zesty lemon opens with clean citrus lift, followed by fresh ginger and the soft grain of a light wheat-beer base. Classic hefeweizen yeast brings gentle fruit and spice, while the ginger adds definition without dominating the palate. The finish is lively, refreshing and lightly warming.
