A biscuity blonde-ale base carries fresh roasted coffee in a surprisingly light, composed frame. Soft malt and wafer-like sweetness meet the coffee’s darker edge, while a small amount of lactose rounds the texture into a smooth, creamy finish. The result is roasty without the weight of a stout. Serve cool with brunch, tiramisu, shortbread, nutty cheese or vanilla ice cream, where the coffee and biscuit notes can find a natural echo.
