Domaine Tropez Crazy Rosé
$12.99
A pale rosé with citrus, white peach and restrained tropical fruit on a clean, aromatic nose. The palate is generous but fresh, balancing ripe fruit with gentle sweetness and enough acidity to keep the finish lively. Serve it well chilled with summer salads, grilled prawns, soft cheese or lightly spiced dishes where its easy fruit can take the lead.

About Domaine Tropez
Domaine Tropez is a family-owned, independent estate in Gassin, named in tribute to Grégoire Chaix’s grandfather, Tropez Beraud. Formed in 1996 by bringing together Côtes de Provence parcels, the vineyard now covers fifty hectares under Mediterranean sun and sea breezes. Grenache, Tibouren, Cinsault, Rolle, Sauvignon and Syrah feature across its rosé, white, red and sparkling wines.
Soil cultivation and limited treatments guide the vineyard work. The three-level, gravity-fed cellar uses cooled grapes, pneumatic presses and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel and concrete.
