Floral honeysuckle sits with pear, lemon, lychee, melon and citrus zest. Semi-dry and medium-bodied, the wine carries crisp balancing acidity alongside apple, nectarine, jasmine and zesty grapefruit, with a long finish. It carries thirteen and a half percent alcohol. Documented pairings include seafood salad, smoked salmon, oysters, creamy mushroom pasta, baked white fish, soft-ripened cheese, prawns and scallops.
