Brickers Barrel Aged Pear Cider 473ml

A half-and-half blend of British Columbia apples and pears is fermented, then matured for three months in French oak barrels previously used for Chardonnay. Pear fruit gives the palate a naturally rounded impression, while the oak adds polish and gentle structure. Bright flavours lead into a smooth, crisp finish with restrained barrel character. Serve chilled with roast poultry, pork, nutty cheese or pear tart.
