The palate centres on gentian, bringing firm but controlled bitterness alongside measured sweetness and fresh citrus. A restrained herbal edge gives the middle extra depth without obscuring the fruit. The finish is clean, persistent and bittersweet. Serve over a large cube, lengthen with soda, or use in classic aperitivo cocktails.
