Lively lemon-gold in colour, opening on Meyer lemon zest, nectarine, buttercup flowers and a quiet flinty note. The palate is layered and creamy, with lemon meringue and white peach lifted by fresh acidity. A clear saline edge keeps the texture precise, carrying citrus, stone fruit and restrained oak through a clean, composed finish.

About Apara
Apāra began with two friends, Nav and Andreas, who met while working at a West Kelowna winery and decided in 2019 to build one of their own. They bought land in 2021 and, with help from friends, planted more than 5,700 vines the following year while purchasing fruit from family and friends for their first wines.
Apāra is BIPOC- and LGBTQIA2S+-owned. The wines are made at Rigour & Whimsy in Okanagan Falls, across the road from Apāra's developing home vineyard.
