Cooked agave and fresh citrus blossom lead a clean, expressive nose, with tropical fruit and a subtle floral note underneath. The palate is bright and polished, bringing agave sweetness together with lemon, white pepper and a gentle mineral edge. A light touch of vanilla rounds the texture without muting the spirit’s crisp character. The finish is clean and persistent, carrying citrus, pepper and fresh agave. Serve neat, over ice, or in a carefully made margarita or paloma.

About Casa San Matías
Don Delfino González began making tequila in Magdalena, Jalisco, in 1886, laying the foundations for Casa San Matías. The family moved the distillery to Ojo de Agua in 1940, among the red soils and natural springs of the Jalisco Highlands. It remains a family tequila house, growing its own blue agave in the Highlands and using spring water from the distillery grounds.
