Long cask ageing gives a velvety texture and a complex, perfumed profile. Floral notes and sweet spice lead into caramel and dried stone fruit, with mature oak adding structure rather than heaviness. Distilled from selected Bas-Armagnac fruit and rested in the house’s century-old cellars, it carries a polished, contemplative style. Serve neat in a tulip-shaped glass and allow it time to open.
