Ripe red fruit leads, followed by cherry biscuit, delicate pastry flakes, sea salt and chalky spice. The palate is vinous and generous rather than sharply linear, with equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir bringing elegance and depth. Savoury, dry and lightly crunchy through the finish, it offers richness without losing its poised freshness.

About Voirin-Jumel
Voirin-Jumel is a five-generation grower Champagne estate in Cramant, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs. The name dates to 1968, when the marriage of Gilles Voirin and Françoise Jumel brought two winegrowing families together. Patrick now works with his daughters Julie and Pauline.
The family grows Chardonnay and Pinot Noir on 8.5 hectares spread across 44 parcels in 12 crus. It owns its press and makes all its wines on site.
