The palate is crisp yet creamy, with a fine mousse and enough freshness to keep the ripe fruit precise. Subtle mint and toast carry the balanced finish. A polished aperitif, and equally comfortable with shellfish, fried chicken or triple-cream cheese.

About Piper-Heidsieck
Piper-Heidsieck traces its beginnings to 1785, when Florens-Louis Heidsieck founded Heidsieck & Cie in Reims. His nephew Christian later succeeded him and joined forces with Henri-Guillaume Piper, forming Maison Piper-Heidsieck. Today, chief winemaker Émilien Boutillat blends wines from vineyards across Champagne, with an emphasis on Pinot and freshness.
