Deep ruby colour introduces coffee, black pepper, liquorice and tobacco, followed by ripe berries and vanilla. The palate is fruit-rich yet structured, with mineral detail adding lift beneath the darker flavours. Firm tannins give the wine shape and measured grip, while extended time in barrique and bottle brings integration. It finishes savoury and persistent, leaving berries, spice, tobacco and a cool mineral impression.

About Umani Ronchi
Umani Ronchi began in 1957 at Cupramontana, in the Verdicchio-growing hills of the Marche. The Bianchi-Bernetti family took over in 1968, with Massimo and Michele Bernetti continuing to lead the winery.
Its vineyards extend from the Verdicchio hills to Conero and Abruzzo, with a separate cellar for each area. Verdicchio is central to the white wines, while Montepulciano and the aromatic Lacrima are important to the reds. The family has converted its vineyards to certified organic farming.
