Translucent gold in color with hints of brown, a nose of smoky caramel with subtle truffle, and a palate of yellow apple with warm clove and Middle Eastern spices. The wine exhibits a rich sweetness balanced by its natural acidity, resulting in a long and complex finish.

About Moulin Touchais
Founded in 1787, Moulin Touchais has been tended by eight generations of the Touchais family. The family farms roughly 150 hectares around Tigné and Martigné-Briand in the Loire, with about 35 hectares of Chenin Blanc reserved for its sweet wines.
For the sweet Chenin, an earlier picking brings acidity while later-picked grapes supply ripeness and concentration. After fermentation the wine is bottled young, then held for at least ten years in the estate’s extensive underground cellars before release.
