Crudo 2023 Organic Nero d’Avola Cabernet Sauvignon

Blackcurrant, cherry and plum sit alongside liquorice and fine oak notes. The red is medium-bodied and dry. Nero d’Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon are fermented separately in stainless steel. Part of the Cabernet matures in oak before the two varieties are blended. Produced in Sicily from organically grown grapes, the wine has a dark red colour.
