Roasted hazelnut, citrus peel and dried flowers lead into layers of brioche, honey and warm gingerbread spice. The palate is generous yet precise, with fine bubbles carrying ripe and candied fruit through a creamy, energetic centre. Almond and nougat bring savoury richness without dulling the freshness. The finish is long and finely balanced, lingering on citrus, toast and delicately spiced nutty notes.
