Domaine Rolet 2023 Arbois Savagnin Ouillé

Peach, pear, citrus and floral notes accompany a fresh, clean profile with saline minerality, volume and a long finish. Savagnin is hand harvested, gently pressed and cold settled. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in oak casks, with maturation conducted by the ouillé method. The selected vineyards lie in Montigny-lès-Arsures on grey Lias marl. Suggested service is 9 to 11°C.

About Domaine Rolet
Désiré Rolet founded his Arbois estate in 1942. His children Pierre, Eliane, Guy and Bernard developed the domaine, each taking responsibility for a different part of the business. In 2018, the Rolet family passed the property to the Flambert and Dupuis families, who retained the team and appointed Cédric Ducoté to lead the estate.
Its vineyards span Arbois and the Côtes du Jura, supporting a range of traditional Jura wines. Ducoté is overseeing an organic-conversion programme and giving more attention to individual parcels, with native yeasts and whole bunches used selectively in the cellar.
