Cassini Cellars 2023 Red Carpet Pinot Noir

Light to medium in weight, with cherry, strawberry and raspberry joined by blackberry and black cherry. Smoke and cocoa add a savoury edge, while vanilla, oak and anise bring measured warmth. The palate remains supple and fruit-led rather than heavy, finishing with gentle spice. Serve slightly cool with roast chicken, salmon, pork or mushroom dishes.

About Cassini Cellars
Adrian Cassini bought a former lavender farm south of Oliver in 2006, planted vines and opened Cassini Cellars in 2009. His family had grown grapes in Romania before he moved to Canada; the winery takes its name from his Italian grandfather. Based between Oliver and Osoyoos in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, Adrian makes both reds and whites, including blends and single-variety wines.
