The palate is graceful and mid-weight, with supple tannins, lively tension and subtle whole-bunch spice. About Jane Eyre
Jane Eyre first worked in Burgundy in 1998, settled there in 2004 and launched her own wine project in 2011. Her training included winemaking studies in Australia and harvests in Australia, New Zealand, Germany and the Côte de Beaune.
She selects grapes from growers and makes the wines herself. Her Burgundy Pinot Noir comes from places including Gevrey-Chambertin, Volnay, Côte de Nuits-Villages and Savigny-lès-Beaune.
