The palate is thick, creamy and deeply malty, with roasted tones and dark chocolate adding shape beneath the smoke. Despite its scale, the texture stays smooth and composed. Serve lightly chilled with smoked brisket, grilled sausages, braised beef, blue cheese or dark chocolate desserts.
