Dense black and red berries lead the nose, lifted by leafy balsamic detail, cedar and a distinct mineral edge. The palate is intensely concentrated and layered, with plush fruit carried by a velvety texture. Firm tannins and bright, continuous acidity keep the richness composed, while the finish stays long, powerful and persistent. Decant before serving, then pair with blue cheese, walnuts, dried figs or dark chocolate.
