Medium peat smoke and wood ash open the aroma, joined by heather, lemongrass and warm baking spice. The palate is creamy and smooth, with waves of smoke framing tropical fruit and juicy malt. Floral nectar, coconut and a light saline note add contrast before a dry malt sweetness emerges. The finish is long, smoky and gently warming. Serve neat.
