Ripe red berries and tropical fruit lead a generous aroma, followed by toffee, toasted oak and warm wood spice. The palate is smooth and creamy, layering fruitcake, honey and citrus over juicy malt. Dark chocolate and a faint saline note bring definition before a long, oak-led finish. Serve neat, allowing a few minutes in the glass before adding water.
