Dark cherry, wild strawberry and rose petal open into smoke, spice and a distinct stony note. The palate is deep and velvety, carrying ripe fruit with fresh acidity and fine, structured tannins through a long mineral finish. Drawn from very old vines on schist and granite, then whole-cluster fermented and aged in seasoned oak, it rewards decanting and cellar time.
