Crafted from grapes grown on one of the best vineyard slopes in Oliver, BC, this dry Chardonnay showcases silky elegance with a note of tropical fruit. Gentle pressing and short aging in French oak allows the delicacy to shine. A hint of lemon and ripe apple with a buttery and creamy layered texture.

Nichol 2023 Pinot Gris
Clear and youthful with a very slight pink hue. This vintage retained less colour than past vintages despite the 36 hours of skin contact prior to fermentation. Aromas of fuzzy peaches, apricot skin, and grapefruit. Medium bodied with citrus pith and apricot pits and lemon curd on the dry but rich palate. Very versatile food companion - from soft cheese to roast chicken and salmon.
